Yes, i see no improvement, only LLC to 50% set.

 

The card need LLC disable to be perfect stable on vGPU, like the Matrix 290X.

I use normal bios for air/water but in your case must set the strap (enable LN2 contacts) and the bios for LN2. Memory heatear also on for LN2
