you mean when you run in that outer slot? why are you not running in first slot, that will always run at 16x

 

if its not there is some contact issue which could be grease or something else. i never see it drop to 8x in first slot unless its a grease issue and needs a clean or touch of magic spray

i only use vaz, cleaning it is easy..but sometimes i random get 8x maybe it was the videocard..dunno

i heat gun the vaz..its an empty slippery sluot...

 

its 16x with most videocards ...so it could be that just one videocard

make sure you wipe the card fingers also, sometimes thats the drama
