This CPU is the previous 766 FSB chip, with scraches on IHS, like a vanguard, refreshed C2D core and bus speed numbers. CPU-Z Vcore 2.032V, CPU Temp. about -120℃ to -130℃, can do Pi 1M @6.6GHz. Don't know what would happen if I did Vcore mod to 2.1V+ :P reminds me of CedarMill OC day.
Seems to be the golden one of the golden ones. It's really crazy when you consider that the frequency gap to the CPU from F.O.G.N.A on 2nd is bigger than the gap between #2 and 10# in the E8600 ranking. Very well done, amazing result!

I believe other people will make it from TaPaKaH's treasure mountain
I thought I would never see a new E8600 CPU-Z record, but here it is... Amazing achievement, @wytiwx!
Great work man. Break 7ghz.

Useless to bench that nb on cold. My P5E3 Pattaya board would do 7g with just NB on air easy. An insane validation score anyways.
yeah, your P5E3-P board is more crazy
Vnb 1.50V
