Is this possible on dice. How much voltage I can give CPU/nb on dice? 

I tried to put nb on 3600mhz but no luck (1.44v)

Up to 1.5-1.55v shouldn't damage it but you may lose scaling.

nice imc working good at 4k@ 1.45v. i use 1.5/1.55v over 4200. but not all chips have good imc

i'm tested on Cascade (-110C idle) not on dice,but the temperature under load is similar
