Low core quite typical on these, took me 4 chips to find a decent one. Should be able to do at least 1 strap higher on CPU-NB though, what volts were you pushing?

Tried up to 1.65 CPU NB , core 1was the worst core holds back the entire CPU. Therefore it seems maxed out at 5.9ish multicore, sigh

Sometimes there are multiplier holes for CPU-NB but it's also board-dependant, CIVE can max every chip

if I went with this cpu near 3ghz with NB CineBenchR15 would alway crash, 

I  also tried to get 2000C7 stable , no go... Well it was fun , but took me some time to get used to AMD again
