3600MHz is the normal mode or the turbo mode?

How can I overlock my macbook pro retina 2013 with this CPU? I want only to increase the speed from 2,3GHz to 2,5-2,6GHz. Which kind of program do you use? I'm new in overlocking. Do you use OS X or Windows? Thanks very much, and sorry for the English because I'm italian.
