General Rules
- Participants only from Rookie, Novice and Enthusiast league.
- Participants must use commercially available components and Software ( CPU, memory and motherboard Engineering Samples are not allowed). The Hardware must be available at the competition start.
- Bios version and OC Tools need to be readily available to others "at least 10 days before the competition ends".
- Hardware sharing is not allowed.
- All submissions must include the official Competition desktop wallpaper
- All submissions must include a picture of the working overclocking setup (MB, CPU cooler clearly visible).
- After the end of the competition, no more submissions or rectifications will be allowed.
- We expect fair play from everyone. HWBOT and INTEL reserve the right to remove results and/or participants who compete unfairly; The decision is final and will not be discussed afterwards; Examples of unacceptable behavior: Influence others’ submissions to profit your ranking, Deliberately make a mistake in the submissions process and ask later for change. Cheating on cooling method or Software hacking.
- HWBOT and INTEL reserve the right to reject any entry.
- HWBOT and INTEL have the right to ask for video proof if needed.
Hardware
- Must use commercially / retail available components.
- AMD & Intel CPUs allowed
- Air, AIO and DIY watercooling loops allowed.
- No Extreme cooling allowed (chiller, Single Stage, Cascade, Dry ice, LN2)
Software
- Microsoft Windows 7-8-10-11 versions only, no Linux nor MacOS
- CPU-Z 2.01 or newer version only.
- BenchMate 0.10.9.2 or newer
Stage 1: CPU-Z Frequency: Closed
Stage 2: SuperPi 32M by BenchMate - Max 5505MHz
- Maximus CPU Core/cache speed of 5505MHz
- A verification screenshot is required, using the official wallpaper, BM score, CPU-Z tabs for CPU and memory.
- A CPU-Z verification link is required registered on your HWBot name
- Disabling cores/hyperthreading is allowed.
- Windows 10/11 submissions only
- Include pictures of your overclocked setup in the submission
- Prepare Video proof of your cooling setup and benchmarking

Stage 3: Geekbench 5 Single Core - Max 5500MHz
- Maximus CPU Core/cache speed of 5500MHz
- A verification screenshot is required, using the official wallpaper, GB5 score, CPU-Z tabs for CPU and memory and HWinfo.
- A VALID GeekBench 5 link is required
- A CPU-Z verification link is required registered on your HWBot name
- Disabling cores/hyperthreading is NOT allowed.
- Include pictures of your overclocked setup in the submission
- Prepare Video proof of your cooling setup and benchmarking

Final Notes
- In case of a tie, Stage 3 score is the tie breaker.

To be eligible for the lucky draw and stage prizes you will have to submit scores in all 3 stages. Note that the top 5 and the League winners are automatically excluded from the lucky draw.
