SO let me get this straight: Anybody (whether they have submitted in the competition before or not) can submit a result benched on ANY hardware they like, provied: they have the background image from above; attach a picture of the rig; and show sub test details in the validation screenshot?
If so, there isn't an overclocker registered on HWBot who ought not to submit!

Well, what do I need a strong rig for? I use the heavy hardware for testing bro, not internet browsing. Plus that my daily use rig is a silent PC, so....
