A total prize pool of $2650 USD in cash prizes is available for the top-3 contestants, and a lucky draw winner.

The competition is open for all leagues and all hardware up to 6-core processors, running at 5Ghz max. There are also 3x lucky draw prizes up for grabs!

Stages

General Rules:

  • This competition is limited to GIGABYTE/AORUS motherboards only.
  • Only up to 6-core CPUs are allowed.
  • CPU and Cache Frequency limited to 5Ghz.
  • Please attach a picture of your overclocking rig.
  • Must use official competition background.
  • A verification screenshot is required.
  • To be eligible for the lucky draw, participants must submit in all stages of the competition.
  • In a case of a tie, the tie-breaker is the best score in Stage 3. If there’s still a tie, the best score in Stage 2, etc

It acts as a tiebreaker, i.e. the score doesn't matter unless some people are tied after considering stage 3 and stage 2 (in that order). I think it's a really fair system.

Hm, thats not ok, its a cup with 2 Stages, xtu stage for a tiebreaker ?! Same points at the final, we can take the better score from Stage 1 or 2or 3, thats no problem^^

Any version of Geekbench3 for Stage 3? Or must it be after a certain version?

Most run Sky, kaby & Coffee lake, no issues there for Win8.1 or 10, the few Haswell and Devils Canyon users need to revert to Windows 7 for Geekbench
