Pro OC 2016 Round 1

The improved and renewed 2016 season of the Pro OC Championship features five overclockers who provide paid content throughout the season and an open and overclocker-based Pro OC competition.
The first round of the Pro OC Championship has five stages. Every other weekend, the stages are open for submissions. The first competition weekend is on Feb 6-7 as the contestants start off with 3DMark01. On FEb 20-21, the stage is XTU with 5.5GHz the Core i7 6700K. On Mar 5-6, we change gear to 1xGPU overclocking with Heaven Extreme. On Mar 19-20, SuperPI 32M featuring dual core Skylake processors. The final competition day is on Mar 26-27 and features Memory Clock as benchmark.

Pro OC Program 2016
The HWBOT Pro OC Program is a cooperative platform for the promotion of overclocking, its community, and its partners. The platform is established to facilitate cooperation between professional overclockers and commercial business enterprises. It aims to support the overclocking eco-system from top to bottom:
- Partners and sponsors benefit from working with (extreme) overclockers
- Overclockers are rewarded for sharing vast knowledge and effort
- General community benefits from the effort of professional overclockers through the Pro OC Championship and Challenger Divisions

Pro OC Championship 2016
For the 2016 season of the Road To Pro competition series, which includes both Pro OC and Challenger Divisions, the top-tier league format has been improved. This season the competition features five overclockers who provide paid content throughout the season and an open and per overclocker Pro OC competition.

The final competition day is on March 26-27 and features Memory Clock as benchmark.
The five content creators will participate in the competition, but are excluded from winning prizes. In Round 1 of the Pro OC Championship a total of USD $700 can be won, distributed among the top-3 overall. First place wins $400, second place wins $200 and third place wins $100.
