- Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2024Upgraded my dual socket server computer to these X5675's, they are much quicker than the X5550's I was running, with more cores and threads along with a higher clock speed. Works great for hosting game servers as well as gaming. For chips that are well over a decade old, these are great!
- Reviewed in the United States on November 12, 2018It was easy to install and works great.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 7, 2019Since I installed this process, my pc crashes every time I try to load a video game. I'm still not entirely sure why, I just don't have the time to troubleshoot it. If you don't know much about overclocking, don't buy this. Leave these for the more experienced overclockers.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2019These CPUS was perfect for my V2 HP Z600 Workstation. 24 threads Dual X5675 Obtain a 1470 in Cinebench.
for the performance and price ratio its by far the best in its class.
Cons: The only problem I have with any processors in a windows environment it does not start at its maximum or base frequency only when the work load requires its. I have not seen the X5675 go to 3.46GHZ Turbo boost in my Z600 .

- Reviewed in the United States on February 10, 2019Great for those who want to extend the life of their X58 system. Came well packaged and looked brand new. Replaced an I7 920@4Ghz with this Xeon X5675, clocked it to 4.4Ghz @ 1.25vcore on an MSI X58M mobo. Could probably go higher if i disabled hyperthreading. One thing i noticed was even at defaul clocks and voltages this cpu raised my Northbridge temp by about 15c. Great cpu, great price.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 28, 2017Awesome! Can't believe I had such a significant upgrade available for my old socket 1366. Running @4.4Ghz it slaughters Bf1 in 64 player conquest on all maps and pushes my gtx1080 at 99% usage. My old 920 wouldn't oc past 3.94Ghz and barely pushed my gtx1080 past 70% in Bf1.
Really happy with this upgrade.
