It's not a fake, the memory is really working @ 380(aka DDR2-760) MHz 4-2-2-2
But unfortunately the BIOS isn't able to set CAS2 or CAS3 for the CAS timing, so I had to use CAS4
I will try 4-1-1-1 one of these days
