Super bin 99% ASIC, German edition with unicorn blood thermal paste
I've run 1.725V through a 3960X on water. It's doable. However you risk the CPU going poof,
3960 is sandy bridge - I ran sb 5,6ghz+ on air... 6700K is skylake, temperatures are usually a lot higher and throttling comes faster
