you question weirdness of Knut's CPU collection samples? :D

I believe back in the day there were 'unique' San Diego CPUs that disguised themselves as other models (text on IHS and CPUz did not match) - this is one of them.

If that's the case here an uploader should attach a pic of the IHS and/or any other (additional) proof in advance.

I don't think it's needed, it doesn't prove anything, but the fact you have such a cpu.

Theoretically it doesn't stop you from using real FX-57, even if you show a picture of that particular FX-55 :P

Same valid for all K7 cpus.

We just hope everyone is playing fair like you :).

Yeah, it's rather unfortunate that this particular chip is the best one :P Got a 3850 chip that show the correct model.
