Mr. Scott I got it refubrished and after repair. There were about 8 of them but when I rushed in, there was left only one. So I grabbed it and since I already had 4CoreDual-SATA2 and no AM3 CPUs, I presented it to qwerty84

You should know better that being not in the list doesn't make an item automatically in the "incompatible list". It's only undefined.
