Bad batch I think, to much voltage for this Mhz...
yes it seems not a good cpu, when you'll start 3D with 4770K? big differenc in 3Ds?
There is a little difference, tested at same speeds.
GTX480 3770k @ 4.8 400k aquamark
GTX480 4770k @ 4.8 410k aquamark
