2012 Architecture, 2026 Tuning. This is the Ice Tractor: a masterclass in latency domination. While modern i9s are choked by power-saving C-States and scheduler jitter, this i5-3570K is locked at 4.4GHz with zero-throttling logic. Result? A brutal 0.71 ms worst-case latency (Cyclictest). 1.250V Fixed on MSI Z77 MPOWER 16-phase VRMs. 10°C Ambient Delta. In a world of 'sleeping' silicon, the Tractor is always awake.
