Looks like you're out of cache - check with RMMA the amount of actual cache. Might be water conducting the bridges. And why those funny timings?

you mean low tRAS? It was pretest only and validation of all mods are working.

Most probably L2 cache was accidentaly switched off as SS evaporator was installed with no isolation to evaporator itself.
