GIGABYTE Z97 Last Hurrah Ambient Challenge - XTU
GIGABYTE today announced another great competition for the overclocking community with the GIGABYTE Z97-Last Hurrah Challenge, to be hosted this July and August by HWBOT.
This new challenge gives the community a last chance to test their skills on the GIGABYTE Z97 platform before the next series of motherboards comes around. By participating, overclockers have the chance to win $2,000 USD in cash prizes and two Z170X-SOC Force motherboards!
Details
- XTU is closed since 20 August 2015
Limitations
- Processor speed is limited to 4503 MHz.
- Cache frequency must be lowed than 4503 MHz
- Only use Gigabyte motherboards.
- Only use motherboards using Z97 chipset.
- Only use processors based on the Haswell-DT core.
- Processor cooling is limited to 2,3,4.
- Must use official competition background: download
- Please include HWMonitor to verify CPU temperature
- The CPU load temperature must be higher than 25°C
- Only submissions made on or after 2015-07-09T00:00:00 are allowed.
