Old School is Best School Round 2

Old School is Best School is a team competition series for the overclockers who enjoy tuning ancient hardware. The series includes five rounds with each two stages. Each round lasts two months, so you have plenty of time to track down all hardware.
In the second round of the Old School is Best School competition series, we compete in Reference Clock and 3DMark01. In the first stage, Reference Clock, the hardware is limited to Slot 1 processors. In the second stage, 3DMark01, the hardware is limited to GeForce 6 or Radeon X800 graphics cards and Pentium 3 processors. For both stages a system picture is required. For stage 1 you need a verification link, for stage 2 a screenshot. Good luck!

Is Slot 1 to Socket 370 adapter ok?
I think Stage 1 is limited to Slot 1 processors, making the adapter illegal since you would be using a Socket 370 processor. Stage 2 you could use it, only limited to Pentium 3 processors.
My question is about Stage 2 though, are only x800 graphics cards allowed or all x8xx cards allowed (x850, etc)?
Since stage 1 is reference clock, I don't think it matters if you use a slocket, since it's mostly about the board.
I can't submit in stage1 with my board.
Add "Zida BXi-98" please.
Can we use Pentium 3 Tualatin or only Coppermine limitation?
Do you have a CPU-Z validation link please?
Yes, sir

Is it written BXi-ATX or BXi-98 on the motherboard PCB?
BXi98-ATX is the full name written on the mainboard.
3 questions and no answers:
1. Can we use Slot1 to Socket 370 adapter?
2. Can we use Pentium 3-S or Celeron (Tualatin)?
3. What about X800 series GPU?
This will have to be discussed, you get an update later - on question 3, X800 is not X850, otherwise there would be x8xx. Anyway, we will give headsup soon
Fixed
1, 2. The limitation is to Slot1 processors (not motherboards). The list of applicable CPUs is here.
3. X800 series graphics cards include all the cards in this list.
It is clear, you must remove fgi`s result with adpter. So what about Tualatin?
Or you want to say the pentium 3 processors for 3DMark01 is slot 1 limited too?
As far as I can see round 2 allows any s370 cpus including tualatin ones. Please clarify on this as I need to decide if I should by VGA or not - I don't want to spend money for slot1 so if round 2 is limited to slot1 cpus I don't need X800 as well.
I agree on nr1,2 as that seems logic, but are you sure about nr3 looking at what websmile posted earlier?
CN is head of moderation Team, when he confirms X800 series includes X8xx/X850 cards, rely on this
- I was cautious at my first answer to avoid people buying x850 and then be disappointed if it would have been not useful for this stage
So what about stage 2 - any P3 processors or only slot1 as CN says?
Only in stage 1 it says the restriction is slot 1. So in stage 2 you should be able to use both slot and socket based P3s
That sounds nice. Hope someone will break 15K in 01.
I'm not so sure. I would like to hear confirmation from Christian Ney...
Christian, say something!
In my opinion Radeon x800 and x850 are the same graphics family
So they will be ok!
I do agree. Besides that won't make difference at all as scaling was linear for me with CPU and gpu had a very small impact (except some classic tweaks).
