Rookie Rumble #41

Welcome to the Rookie Rumble! We assume you arrived here via XTU and that’s great but the OC world offers much more. The Rumble introduces you to the concept of competitive overclocking. It’s a contest only for new overclockers like you. Good luck!

There are three stages, each with the same hardware restrictions but featuring a different benchmark. The benchmarks are: XTU, HWBOT Prime and GPUPI for CPU 1B. You can gather points by submitting in each of the three stages. The better the result, the more points you acquire and the higher you'll rank overall! Note that the validation process for the benchmarks is slightly different. Check out the rules section to learn more or drop us a message on our forums if you have a question.

Every time i try to submit a score it says "Invalid data file: Unable to decrypt the datafile"

And its a bit strange that everytime i hit the calculate menu, i can only see my GPU.

Now i have uploaded it via GPUPI and used the HWBOT Submit online function, but did this count for Stage 3?

Cause i can´t see my submission there.

When i try to validate the result file manually it says: "the result file was successfully decrypted, but the data is invalid [invalid xml data]"

If you only see your gpu and cannot submit to cpu, it might be that you calculate on gpu and therefore it is not accepted as cpu benchmark. You should see a drop down when you click on calculate that show gpu and cpu, you can then chose what to calculate with. If this is not happening you will most likely not have matching open cl version for your cpu I think. More helpful information you can find at support thread
