12900KF is 8P+8E (+HT) and this CPU is in the 16 core category which means your result is divided through 16 like this submission - https://hwbot.org/submission/4953358
Xtu use 8 cores not 16 or 24. The active core count Shows 8 cores. So why it isnt a 8 core run.... i mean 8 cores are 8 cores.
Well do a simple test, disable the E cores and see if you score the same.
