Memory is hynix cfr from gtx275. 666 is just bios clocks.
Right, replaced hynix to hynix with one card, qimonda to hynix with second one. Then modded vga bios to include proper timingset. Photos won't tell anything - it looks just the same (no wires, just chips with uncommon for 7600gt marking).
