I found some time to play with it so to "learn" it....It's good with no troubles...Smooth O/Cing till now...
Use eLeet Tune GPU George, no limits there
It wasn't working in my case either.....
That's weird, it worked fine for me & tsan ( maybe you've got another version ? )
Eleet doesn't work for changing clocks the last I heard. There is an unlocked version of precision.
