Thx @chispy, cards acting up now so have to take a break. If you remember anything about these things it would be helpful, I have many issues trying to clock them and even getting them detected sometimes.

Just keep flashing higher clocks on the bios , more volts and keep them cool , that's how i used to clock mines. Last time i played with 2900xt was in 2013  lol 7 years ago ,   - https://hwbot.org/submission/2390563_chispy_3dmark03_radeon_hd_2900_xt_512_mb_53059_marks
