How you can get +2C ?

If you look better, it's 10 oC load, not 2 oC.

2 oC is idle temp (wich is the aproximative temperature of the water)

100l barrel with water left outside in low ambient and the best vga block + 3600l/h submersible pump

Well, check the video bellow if you need more proof (HD 5870 - 1200+ mhz @ water above zero degree)
