why is 980 at 1800 / 2000 worse than 780ti at 1720 / 1900?

We found the problem... Gen 2 and Windows 8.1 are the problems. It was only prestesting the cards...
That's cool there is still a guy like vivi in community to exchange Infos amd tweaks.
