Go into catalyst and turn off tesselation. Also go and download this: http://downloads.hwbot.org/downloads/tools/ATISetLod.exe
Use it to set LOD to 27. Are you running any voltage on GPU core?
Yes I'm running 1.25V for GPU. I think I'm hitting the limits of my card though. I'm pretty sure I can dial the voltage closer to 1.2V(it was fine ~1.22V).
