this is the best my hardware can do the 5960x is only running 7 cores due to one being damaged and wont go above 3.7ghz with it enabled no matter the voltage and the 1070 is a good core and if any one is good at repair on gpus as it has stopped booting the vrm wont switch on from what i can tell if anyone can offer advice or a way to bypass it please can someone let me know
