 – Wasn't completely chilled. Idle 10*c. 1.375v Volt mod next. Mostfets catching fire after that.

Thanks! I have a few left over from mining and this is the 3rd one I tried. Definitely got lucky with this one. It would do 1300-1320 without ocp mod at 1.25v.
