3 year and 2 months ago – I'd like to thank amd for making drivers that perform well, unfortunately this doesnt mean stable, they become stable once my gtx 1080 is plugged in, Drivers are disabled for it and it for some reason causes the vega fe to not throttle hbm2 speed and seems to increase the amd driver stability, idk why this is but if it works then its fine. I should probaly set the 8700k to 5.3 and actually push hbm2 speed but I dont really need to.
