Clean retail OS install, don't install any motherboard drivers beyond LAN and USB.
I think so.
Just encountered this issue on Z370, +1 to the chipset drivers causing the issue. Nuking everything Intel in device manager got it working so thankfully no reinstall needed.
Still doesn't solve the shit CPU score due to no loading (compared to 6950X)
so maybe kill the bench if they dont keep it updated like futuremark does with systeminfo updates? we actually pay for this POS bench ffs
Add it to the obsolete/unsupported list.
