11 year and 10 months ago – Some serious performance with 60 cores and 120 threads. Now I need to figure out how to run wPrime properly with this many threads. I can't get CPU-Z to work either. Crashes during startup. Tried to disable all parameters in the config file. I hope that HWInfo is sufficient.

No they are not... these are IB-EX E7 class chips... All the more reason they should be seen. But IB-EX adds some Itanium features to X86 chips.
