My result is 17284 at 13900kf 6000/4800. Maybe try reinstalling windows. Not enough for such frequencies.Thanks for the info! Good luck!

it is thermal throttling and down clocks, benchmate didn't report it correctly.  no such cpu runs 6.3ghz r23 watercooling without that thai dd block and chilled
