Multi clock stretching?

its just that it cant get higher. can do bclk, but it won't affect the effective clock. varies between benchmarks, like 6450-6500 for 7zip, little higher for gb etc. can't explain

There is no fll oc mode, so cpu block / mem clock reading are wrong and in reality lower, thats why
