HP Pavilion g6-1106er. It can go 3.4GHz on all cores for a couple of seconds, 3.1GHz is stable under full load and 3.0GHz without the DeepCool tower. Sad that this board can't set more than 1.3v. I'll try to find something like Pavilion dv6, seems like it can go over 1.3v.
