He does use cooling, I barely can run at 3014MHz and crash during the benchmark so you win.. for now c:

My run at 2880MHz was done without cooling at all so watch out

I never asked, now I'm wondering too.

We have thermal throttling off, but for some reason I can run higher freqs without cooling for a period of time, with the exception of 3014MHz
