SteveRo commented on his own score:
13 year and 9 months ago – This run - with some additional storage tweaks and a higher bclock. Still 15xR0acard on areca for all storage tests. VGA at 8x again, grrr! How does that saying go – close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades? 50k - remains elusive …

I thought Mr. Pro would have broken pcm05 50K weeks ago, he must be busy elsewhere. If SB-E lives up to the hype - 50k should fall quickly after its retail intro.

Great run!

Good run, I'll keep my fingers crossed for 50k! :)

I see 50k just a hop-skip n jump away from you Steve.

Fantastic run...

Do you know whats making your GPU to run at 8x n not 16x? That might be what could push you over the 50k edge.

Keep going, Its their for you to take

lovin' the memory settings

Thanks guys! Mr. Paco: GPU 8x when it should be 16 - From what I can tell, this is a little or no impact for 5870, and maybe -20% or so for 6970 in the graphics memory test. (little or no bottleneck for 5870, significant for 6970 in the one subtest).
