I think the ''key'' for this score is memory latency.

Probably is pcmark bug.

17 full runs almost same settings, memory latency was 26.284 26.333 26.336

Two of them was 28.730

10 standalone multithreaded test 3 runs, was exactly the same 26.267 or 26.284

It doesn't matter if you change subtimings or restart
