CPU-Z does wrongly report the FSB (83MHz, not 50) and even CPU multiplier (P90 is x1.5, not x2.5), not to mention reporting nothing on the rams... The board is also purposedfully flashed as Asus TX97-XE to allow the 7.14MHz FSB PLL missconfig to work, but it is a Asus TXP4-X, as visible on the images.
