partially repaired Impact from Ebay. It had a voltage regulator fault that sent 1.8V to the chipset on a 1.05V rail. Surprised the board works at all. Unfortunately the intel Management Engine part of the chipset doesn't work and so it's impossible to OC the CPU (can't change BCLK or ratio).
