You don`t need to cool CPU for this , for K8 chips the maximum Ref.clock is absolutely related to the CPU Temp with direct relation,
Means they can do more in high temperatures
To achieve high temperatores you might need to disable "cpu temperature protection" in bios,
Nice FSB,yes the chipset needed cool not the cpu
