The board needs a working battery otherwise it refuses to start. OC in Windows is possible with CPUFSB but I cant reach high fsb. Either Im missing something or later revisions have improvements. Looks like P3C-D can easily reach 180Mhz and more (with pll mod). Performance is still very bad though. Its not worth spending time on that.
