Thank you. @ozzie that is dom 1866c7 without heatspreader and upper part cut with dremel to fit my ss. 

E8400 is much worse than dead e8200, it is getting unstable even @666 with maximum of 3-4 loops in 1m, while e8200 was able to complete 1-2 loops of 32m.
