Actually, Celeron 346 is not supported by my board, so I couldn't change any voltages or FSB. Clock was reached by using stock settings and FSB was adjusted in Windows with SetFSB. Just small test, more coming with another board ;) CPU runs @stock and 3.8GHz, too.
