There is a great chance to improve (taking into account I wasn't able to match efficiency of luumi, TaPaKaH and GUN'G'STAR @4500Mhz - they are 200-250ms ahead) - this was done with 45nm bios etc
Yes, I used stock bios with all ucodes for wolfdale. Using pre-45nm bios (with ucodes removed) you will cut 200-250ms in 1M @4GHz.
