The search may be over. 120 chips tried, this one is ahead of the pack by quite a bit and also has a good IMC. Still not enough for 32M it seems :( Rev. 4 T-Rex is surprisingly a pretty big upgrade on the Rev. 1! Had to downclock for SS, 25.5x is real multi, ~ 7040 MHz real clocks.
