14 year and 5 months ago – 7638B073 ;) Memset reporting DDR2 is a bug. You can obviously see that RAMs are Corsair 1800C7 (D9GTR) from CPU-Z SPD tab and from the effiency of the run ;)

George, can you tell me why "Your SuperPi 32m submission with a Pentium 4 531 changed from hardware rank 6 to 7" appeared on my hwbot front page today? I want answers - now!

You´ve beaten two results achieved with at higher CPU frequency and Cascade cooling scores as well, so the force of RE + DDR3 + tweaking is with you. :D

Thanks a lot for your kind comments guys!

Stephan I gotta admit though... It was kind of weird to operate my GTRs at 4-4-4-12 :D If only there was a greater fsb/dram divider :P

Just imagine it`s not DDR3, but DDR2 and you´re very happy about > 650 MHz 4-4-4-12 @ 32M for sure. ;)

I couldn't push more, no matter what. tRRD & tRTP were maxed out, so was tWTR and Performance Level. Only things I didn't try was tRFC @ 48 and tWPD, tRD_WR @ lower values :P
