at first I thought those are DDR2 ... and also, can RE really set CL4? I always thought 5 was the min with DDR3

It's probably CAS5. I have to check with mbench when I have time.

At what temps were you Niko? I could bench 4900MHz+ @ -40*C idle & -31*C during 32M
