IDE SATA bug at 121 MHz BCLK. More is impossible. But seems, CPU could still going up. CPUNB is OK, just I tried lower frequency and the same BCLK issue. Higher voltage doesnt helped also. CPU could scaling very well. With tweaking OS these settings could be 10m only! How to fix it? I think M2 PCIe SSD device in PCH slot...
